Payment Policy
All the reservations should be made very early before booking the required vacation. A spot on the given tour will be secured upon receiving the required deposit that is estimated based on the required tour, the number of travelers, and the required date of the tour. The deposit will of course count as part of your final payment. For Overland Tours For the overland separate day tours that don’t require any booking of hotels nor domestic flights, we usually ask for a down payment about 25% of the total cost of the tour. You have the freedom to pay the cost in any currency you want in USD, EURO, GBP, etc. If you would like to pay the tour cost via your Credit Card, then there will be an extra 3% extra bank fees. For the Shore Excursions Regarding any shore excursion, we require 25% from the tour cost to be sent as a deposit through your Credit/ Debit card with no extra charges or through a Bank Transfer and regarding the remaining, it should be paid upon your arrival in cash in a currency you want or via your card whatever it is with an extra 3% as bank fees. For the Tours that Include Flights Also for such tours, we require 25% down payment via your Credit Card, or through a bank transfer and the remaining shall be paid upon your arrival in cash in USD, EGP, or via your card with an extra 3% as bank fees. Feel free to pay the cost of your tour with any currency you want. For the High Luxury Tours To confirm your High Luxury booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total tour cost. This deposit can be made via Credit/Debit card or directly through your bank account. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon your arrival. Alternatively, if you prefer to complete the full payment in advance, you may pay the remaining balance by Credit/Debit card before arrival. Please note that a 3% bank processing fee will apply for card payments made in advance. For Any of Our Travel Packages We request 50% of the total cost of your tour as a deposit via your Credit/Debit card or via either your bank account and the remaining will be paid upon your arrival in cash. You can pay the remaining via your Card in advance before your arrival with an extra 3% bank fee. Kindly Note That your booking should be made as early as possible to guarantee the availability of your tour and once we receive your deposit, it is going to be our responsibility to start your booking procedures based on the required date of the tour, the number of travelers, and of course, the required tour package. Paying the deposit is now much easier than ever as your tour operators will create a secured link for you with the agreed-on deposit and then you can use it in a very smooth way to send us the deposit.
Payment by Credit Card In order to pay your deposit or the final payment via your Credit Card, our tour operators will create a secured invoice for you to be able to pay the amount of money agreed on in a very smooth, secure, and easy way. No need to send us any information regarding your Credit, or Debit Cards details and you can only use the secured link provided from our side to have a successful transaction throughout a secured payment gateway.
All refunds will be performed through the same account, in the same method of the original payment. No Refunds will be possible in the event of a no-show for a present reservation.
You can get back to us if you decide to postpone your tour to another date if neither of your booking procedures was taken from our side. Then we can postpone your tour as you wish. After reaching an agreement with us of postponing your tour and then you decide to cancel your booking for any reason, then our cancellation policy will be applicable.
Once the full payment or deposit has been made, the agreed-upon price shall be considered final and binding for both parties. Under no circumstances will we request any additional payment or price increase, nor will the customer be permitted to request a reduction in the agreed-upon price. This ensures a fair and transparent agreement for all parties involved.
Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time All the cancellation requests should be sent through fax or an email to provide the Company with written confirmation that confirms your reservation should be canceled. In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied: Date Charged From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date 15% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date 25% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Plus, there are cancellation fees on all the domestic flights all around Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subjected to the fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
We highly recommend that you have your ID or Passport so it can be matched to your reservation plus the order (receipt) that was immediately emailed to you after we made your reservation.

Discounted tours will not be eligible for date changes or refunds.

The deposit required will be 25% of the total price of the tour, except during peak travel times around Christmas and New Year, when the deposit will be 50% of the total price. You can pay the deposit using a credit card (Visa and Mastercard are accepted) or a bank order directly to Egyptian trips Our representatives will be willing to provide any additional information or support you need to complete this payment. – If payment of the deposit in one transaction is not possible, please contact Egyptian trips to inquire about the possibility of making the payment in installments.
Egyptian trips do not charge any additional fees or surcharges on any debit or credit card transactions. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Egyptian trips refund policy is detailed in our Terms and Conditions. The amount refunded depends on how far in advance we are notified about the cancellation. – If you have booked a Shore Excursion from a cruise ship with Egyptian trips and weather conditions or circumstances otherwise outside of your control prevent the ship from coming into port then a full refund will be granted for whatever amount you have paid in advance.
RESERVATION
The earlier you make a reservation, the better your chances are of getting a better deal. Your early reservation will give us time to determine and book the best guides and the drivers in order to make the tour at its absolute best.
– Yes, Egyptian trips do provide a discount for private trips booked with large groups and Families and for groups of ten or more people, there will be a discount dependent upon the nature and length of the trip. For groups of fifteen or more people, highly competitive prices will be applied.
PREPARATION
The best time to travel to Egypt is during the winter from September to April as the climate becomes a bit tropical accompanied by a magical atmosphere of warm weather with a winter breeze.
You can wear whatever makes you comfortable, but keep in mind that in the summer it is advised to put on Sunblock. You can wear hats, scarfs, and sunglasses, plus light clothes are recommended during summertime. As for Comfortable footwear, a closed-toe shoe is a good choice.
You can bring whatever you want, pick everything you could need. We recommend always keep a backpack with you at all times. If you visit Egypt in summer make sure to bring plenty of water with you during your tours to avoid dehydration as it gets hot.
