A 20% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days require full payment upfront.

Most nationalities get a visa on arrival or via Egypt’s e-visa portal. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date. Check your government’s travel advisory for current requirements.

Most tours are private — your own guide, vehicle and flexible schedule. Small group departures are available where indicated. All tours can be customised for your group.

Typically: private A/C transport, licensed Egyptologist guide, entrance fees, and specified meals. Not included: international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and tips. Full details are on each tour page.

All our guides are fluent English speakers and hold official Egyptian Ministry of Tourism licences. Guides in French, Italian, Spanish, German and other languages can be arranged on request.

Tipping is customary in Egypt and not included in tour prices. A general guide: $5–$10/day for your guide and $3–$5/day for your driver. Tips are always discretionary and greatly appreciated.
