The Great Pyramid of Giza

Your first stop is the Great Pyramid of Giza, also known as the Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops). As the oldest and largest of the three pyramids, it is the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World.

Built during the 4th Dynasty for Pharaoh Khufu, the pyramid was constructed in the 26th century BC and originally stood at 146.5 meters (481 feet), making it the tallest man-made structure in the world for nearly 3,800 years.

Optional: You may enter the burial chamber of King Khufu (additional ticket required and payable on-site).

Pyramid of Khafre (Chephren)

Continue to the impressive Pyramid of Khafre, the second-largest pyramid at Giza. This monument was built for Pharaoh Khafre and is easily recognized by the remaining casing stones near its summit.

Pyramid of Menkaure (Mykerinus)

Next, visit the smallest of the three main pyramids, the Pyramid of Menkaure, which completes the legendary pyramid complex.

The Great Sphinx & Valley Temple

Visit the mysterious Great Sphinx, the legendary guardian of the Giza Plateau with the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh. You will also explore the nearby Valley Temple of Khafre, where ancient mummification rituals were performed.

Saqqara (Sakkara)

Continue to Saqqara, home to the famous Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the world's oldest large-scale stone structure and the earliest prototype of the pyramid design.

Lunch

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to your final destination.

Visit the ancient city of Memphis, Egypt’s first capital and one of the most important cities of the ancient world.

Founded by King Menes around 3100 BC, Memphis served as Egypt’s political and cultural center for more than 3,000 years.

Here you will see:
